How do you calculate your activity level for the TDEE?

So, I'm posting this today to find out how you calculate your activity level for the TDEE, as the different activity levels aren't very precise.

Am I considered slightly active?

I'm a little lost. Personally, I play badminton for 6 to 7.5 hours per week and take at least 10,000 steps per day, or even 20,000 on some days. I really don't know what that represents as an activity level for calculating the TDEE.

Other information: I'm a 22-year-old male, I weigh about 76 kg and I'm 1.90 m tall.

Thank you to those who take the time to respond to this post.
