Hi everyone,
So I’m one of these people who has gained weight lost it, gained more than before, lost it again, gained and lost and now I’ve gained more than ever before.
I’m 5’7 and have crept up to 218lbs (my normal ‘happy weight’ is around 154lbs).
I’m feeling really fed up this time, I think age has a lot to do with it as well, I’m 38 and it’s not as easy as years ago where I could drop 30lbs easy… I’ve also lost all motivation to do anything.
I’m just looking for someone out there with similar stats or starting weight to give me some motivation. When I’ve lost weight before I’ve done it the right way, calorie restriction and moving more but I’m so desperate now I’m googling things like food replacement shakes as a diet with no solids etc argh, has anyone done anything drastic like this and had results?
