I feel like weight training is making me fatter

I (M19) weigh 205 lbs and lift 10x4 on most if not all workouts. Im not very big and have difficulty understanding why i weigh so much more than i did at 16 (150 lbs). I have had essentially the same diet for years, besides me eating out less now that I’m older. I wasn’t working out for abt a year and got down to 180. But once I started working out again i shot up to 210 in less than 2 months. I look visibly fatter and have a double chin as compared to the sharp jawline i had at 16. How could this happen with little to no significant diet change?
