Protein intake in one meal

See my currents stats in my flair. I have lost alot of weight in the past 4/5 months. I still want to lose a little bit more. I have decided to focus on my protein intake, albeit slowly. However it seems that new research has shown that you can have your protein intake in one meal, and do not have to distribute it over a whole day in four meals. I seem to get conflicted information from research as well as fitness people online which I trust. What is the truth and does someone have experience cramming their protein in one (or two) meals per day and it showing progression.
