I’ve just hit my goal weight that I set at the start of the year. I’m 10kg down yay!
I want to switch from weight to measurement tracking now as I want to work on muscle gain alongside a bit more fat loss. I’m a healthy BMI but very skinny fat.
My problem is I have no idea what goals to set. Like how do I know how many inches or cm I’m gonna lose from where? Or even estimate it? Which body parts do I measure? The problem areas I personally care most about (hips and stomach area)? Do I pinch the fat I’d like to lose in various areas and estimate? Hahaha. Seriously would love to set a concrete goal but not sure how. 😄
