Hi everyone, I'm a 15-year-old male, weighing around 214 pounds and standing at 5'7". I've been thinking a lot about my weight recently, and while it hasn't caused me any significant problems yet, I'm definitely concerned about the potential health risks it could lead to in the future. My BMI is higher than it should be, and I know that can be a sign of future issues with things like heart health, mobility, and overall well-being.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time to go to a gym regularly because of school and other commitments, but I really want to take control of my health. I’m hoping to lose weight, and I know I can start making changes on my own from home.
