Gained weight with job change and super frustrated in myself

This year I was pretty focused on fitness, strength and training, got a PT , and made serious progress in lifting. I started a new job last month which has crazy hours (like 8-11/12 every day) and I gained 10-12lbs in a month (from 69.5 to 75.4 kg). I’m so frustrated right now, it seems pointless given so much of my progress was wasted and I have to start all over again when I thought I had internalised good habits. Just wanted to vent but not sure where I go from here.

Partly, I think I’ve fallen off on exercise and walking (my old job I was averaging 12k steps a day and always going into the office, the new job my current project is remote). But also diet has taken a hit. I try to always eat healthy but I hardly have any time to cook with these hours and the pressure (and the fact the job is not what I hoped for so I’m also pretty depressed) has definitely got to me. I wanted to focus more on strength etc but now im super angry at myself . I didn’t just want to start again.
