I’m on day 4 of actually counting calories and I’m eating clean high protein. I know it’s early on but this isn’t my first time trying to lose weight and I struggle so much with wanting to eat after dinner before bed. I know I’m not actually hungry I just crave things and if there’s like one thing in my fridge I can eat I cannot stop thinking about it. This is day 4 of working through the “I want to eat it” “but you’ve have enough cals for the day” “but it’s just a little something” “but you can’t keep doing this”
I just want to know if this will die down eventually bc this is like a torturous battle every night and it’s what always gets me to fall out of my calorie goals bc I get burnt out from trying to control and ignore my repetitive thoughts.
