Low sodium, convenient breakfast options in the 400-600 calorie range?

I was making progress dieting. I ate freezer meals, and was content to eat 1500 calories a day. However, I found out they were super high in sodium and now I have to drop them.

I eat breakfast before my shift, and then fast for 8 hours during it before (I plan to at least) cooking when I get home. This means my breakfast needs to be filling, needs to be convenient, and needs to hovet around 400-600 calories.

Does anyone have any extremely convenient breakfast options for before my shift? Thanks!
