I don't understand how I'm gaining weight instead of losing it trying to control my calories, please help
Hey! I've been working on Dieting since August and have lost a decent amount of weight since in total. But since the 28th of Septemeber I've lost a grand total of 1lb. I'm mostly concerned about this week, I've been basically living on lentil soup. By my count I've been having a max of 800 calories of soup per day for the past week, and yet in this week I've gained 3lbs from last week. I just don't really understand how that's possible.
For what it's worth, I currently weigh 332lbs and am 6ft tall, functionally zero excercise. I'm trying to lose weight exclusively via calorie control. Apparantly to lose an "extreme" (2lbs) amount of weight per week I'd have to eat 1800 per day. So how on earth have I gained weight eating less than half of that?
