Confused about the right amount of calories I should be consuming.

22M 169 cm, at my heaviest I was at 107 kg. Now currently at 80 kg. At the beginning I started eating 1900 cals as that's what most calorie counter app and the TDEE calculator told me for a sedentary lifestyle that is. As I started seeing results I dropped to 1600-1700 cals as I was excited (even 1400-1500 some weeks). By this time I was doing on average 7k steps/day + light cardio, so I increased my intake to 1850 cals (took me a while to realise that activity affects intake). And that brings us up to date. Yesterday was day 1 at the gym, was pretty decent. I set my activity levels to "moderately active" and it says 2200 cals. That sounds too good to be true. Will I loose weight eating that much? And a friend was saying one needs ample calories to build that muscle as well. So now I'm confused how much do I need? Please give some advice.

Also, might as well ask about body fat percentage, the online calculator I found says mine is 29.4 % (U.S. Navy method) lean body mass being 57.4 kg. So what % should I target. Most people say 10-15% is ideal, the target weight I have in my mind is 65 kg. Will I achive 10-15% at that weight??
