Feeling a little frustrated

Male / 5’5” / 170.4lb / 36yo

I routinely loose a pound, a pound and a half a week for quite a while now. (was at 275lb before i started my weight loss journey)

But this week, i tried something new and added cycling to my routine and did around 80-85 miles this week without changing my calorie intake.

I was so excited to see the results on my weekly weigh in, but was shocked that i did not loose anything this week. How could that be possible? I’m kinda feeling kinda frustrated at the moment from this, any idea what’ve gone wrong? any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks all so much
