Any tips for maintenance?

Hello all, I would really love to hear your tips for maintenance. I have lost weight in the past and my weight is now fairly stable. However, despite being tall (5'10" female, currently around 155lb), a few pounds really show up.

I only need to lose a few lbs, but just cannot get the motivation - if this was a bigger amount it would probably be easier to get that kick up the backside!

I'm active (hill walking and weights in the gym) and have found a combination of intermittent fasting and recording through myfitnesspal to be a great help in the past. I know all the right things to do, I'm just not doing them because "it's not that bad". Over the past few weeks I have started and stopped them both multiple times.

So please send me all your motivation for maintainence! Any tips you have would be so gratefully received :)
