Realistic time frame to lose 10-15 lbs?

I am 20f and 5’5 with the lowest weight being 133lbs last year and current weight being 141 lbs and I want to lose the weight as efficiently as I can. I am not overweight and i am pretty slim so would that slow down the process? I am not the most confident at the moment and looking to tone up and slim down a bit more. I was very active with gym until some months ago and I am planning to start it from Tomorrow again. I want to reach around 127 lbs. How much time should it ideally take to reach my goal weight? Any advice would be appreciated

Tdlr: 20f and 5’5 looking to go down to 127lbs from 141 lbs.
