my weight loss medication caused me to lose almost 4 pounds in a day

this sounds sooo crazy to say, i know but im being 100 percent honest. i’m on three different medications for appetite and weight loss. i take metformin for insulin resistance and i also take naltrexone and atenolol. ever since taking metformin, i only ate twice a day, lunch and dinner but now with the other two medications in the mix i only eat once, and thats if i even think about food. i weighed myself earlier, around 4-5 pm and i weighed 251.4. i ate for the first time today, which was lays potato chips and french onion dip and i treated myself to a mini pie that was around 4 inches. duty called and i went number two shortly after. later in the day, around 2 am (my sleep schedule is so messed up, i know) i weighed myself and i was 248.2. it’s so shocking how much weight i can lose from just going number 2. this is also without going outside to excercise or drinking any excessive amounts of water. all i did all day was sit and binge-watch shows. i’m not sure if this is healthy or not but i just wanted to share.
