TW for mention of an ED!

hey y’all, I’m a 22AFAB and I’m currently 225lbs. I used to weigh abt 150lbs at 19 but when I got on nexplanon I gained a lot of weight, ever since then I’ve been trying to shed it off. Part of the struggle is also having BED ): which I’m trying to work through with my therapist but it can be so hard.

I’ve followed every diet my dr has given, I’m kinda intolerant to exercise due to medical issues so my workouts are in Just Dance forms and getting more than 10,000 steps in a day. Recently I tried a 1200 calorie deficit with an increase of protein, and ended up gaining 5lbs!! I just feel at a loss. I want to get back to where I felt healthy so my doctor’s will take my heart concerns seriously. I guess I would appreciate any advice or words of encouragement
