This is mostly me venting
I work out 4-6 runs a week witha mix of strength and yoga. I’ve recently incorporated HIIT back into my routine too. About 45+ mins per session for the past
I feel like I should be a lot smaller than I am but then I wear clothes and be shocked how tight they are. I’m definitely curvier now than pre pandemic.
Obviously I’ve been eating pretty “flexibly”. I’m in a job that doesn’t require much brain power and job hunting, so cooking is the hobby with almost instant gratification.
The one reason why I’m not in total panic is because I gain weight super proportionally. That’s probably why I didn’t notice it at all.
It just feels like I’m slipping back to being fat and while it’s not the worse thing, I feel out of control.
It’s not even like I eat horribly. I eat well and barely touch alcohol, I just eat a lot. No soda or even juices really because I’m scared of diabetes (hereditary on both sides). I just eat large portions and snack through out the day.
