Hi everyone I am trying to loose up to 95 pounds and I have set up small goals of only loosing 2 pounds a month.
I am eating mostly keto type of foods and limiting sugar/gluten. I do still eat these things but I made a list of foods to avoid and ones to have.
I also Have been doing OMAD every 2 days a week and then 2 small meals on the other days. I try to lift weights and back therapy exercises everyday. Though when I have my period it is a struggle to exercise so I just do stretches or relax. I also have a chronic illness that makes exercise so much harder why I only do light exercises.
So far I have lost 8 pounds in four months from September to January.
I was wondering if this is a steady pace or if I can make it better or just keep doing what I am doing?
