Hello, i wanna loose weight

Hello i am a 15 year old kid who isn’t really happy with his physique, please reddit i want help, i currently weigh in at 160lbs and 5,4in, i think i’m overweight as to bmi calculations.

my body type is kinda wide and i have belly and tits which are my biggest concern and the thing i don’t like about my body, just after my legs, i want a tips as routines of excercise and diet, my dream physique is be kinda skinny but not that much, but not being jacked and looking like a body builder mainly just loosing a couple pounds.

i really like cycling or biking, i often go for rides but even that i don’t seem to loose any weight, rides are just under 7km and it is a mountain bike with wide tires which is really hard to pedal, i do feel tired and my legs feel sore but i don’t seem to get leaner or skinnier, maybe the problem is the diet, i eat various food also like bread too much and like burgers and hot dogs, not from fast food restaurants but some like home made or simply just not that much processed therefore i wanna change the way i eat.

i’m open to any recommendations.
