Those who drastically changed their diets to be healthier: did you also experience sudden diarrhea? Any fatigue, dizziness, etc?

My reasons for changing diet aren't related to weight, but it'd be nice to lose some extra pounds.

It's been a week since I stopped eating most processed foods. Only home cooking, no spicy food (because it fucks my body up). Black coffee, protein + rice and vegetables, fruit on occasion. Also plain greek yogurt and kefir for probiotics. The worst thing I've been consuming is caffeine-free diet coke.

Today all of a sudden I've had massive diarrhea all day. Earlier I was also having really bad fatigue, some dizziness, weirdly high heart rate (up to 120 bpm as opposed to my typical 90~), nausea, and really bad irritability.

After my last poop an hour ago, man, I felt way better. It's like the evil demons inside my gut that wanted a Big Mac and fries had been expelled, and suddenly I feel normal. But that could just be that my body expelled whatever it thought was bad, not sure what that would be.

I'm not sure what's up with the weird nausea/fatigue/dizziiness/irritability. Maybe my blood sugar was low because I'm used to eating random sugary shit sometimes? Not that I'm insulin resistant or anything.
