My boyfriend, older brother and I live in mine and my two brothers grandmother's basement and she's in one of her moods (where she thinks we do nothing while she does everything - which FYI isn't true, my boyfriend and brothers are always willing to help out whether it be doing something in the yard or helping her clean out the basement of clutter & they're ALWAYS out there during the winter months either cutting or stacking wood)
Anyway back to the point, I've had enough of her moods and pretty much stay in the basement until my boyfriend gets home from work around 11/12 at night then we go upstairs to cook our dinner but it's gotten to the point where I don't even want to do up here anymore.
My older brother has an instant pot that we can use to cook downstairs in case upstairs ever got to the point of just not coming up anymore unless absolutely necessary.
I was wondering if y'all had any healthy low carb lunch and small dinner ideas that we could possibly make?
