I had the Vertical Gastric Sleeve Surgery back in April of 2022. At my heaviest, I was over 400 lbs and now I am 185 lbs. Been training and documenting my journey on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. I did my FIRST 5K and I realized, how alone I really am. Yes I am married, but none of my friends showed up for me. No one invites me over to get togethers and parties. Everyone treats me differently at work & in public. I don't push any of my weight loss journey down anyone's throat, I just want to talk and hang out but, I feel so alone. TL;Dr I have lost friends after losing weight, what can I do?
