Hi there. I’m 19 years old male living in Australia
I currently weight 120.6kilos and I want to be around 70kg and have defined muscles
Obviously their is a lot of work ahead of me but I don’t even know where to start
I have no access to a gym (I’m rural and my closest gym is 1.5 hours away )
I’m looking for more detailed advice besides ‘calorie deficit, eat healthy, exercise’ What exercises lose weight the fastest? I need to lose as much weight as possible by February 1 2024
And what are some good examples of good tasting meals that are filling but healthy/ low calorie
