Workout Suggestions

I have a pear shaped body and losing lower body fat has always been a struggle. This time I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and that is the only workout that has ever worked for me. My waist has gone from 28 inches to 26 and my hips have gone from 43 inches to 41 inches. My thighs are also toned. I am about to be done with the third level and I need some suggestions on which workout to follow next. I read somewhere on reddit that the person started 30 day shred challenge again after completing it. Is that advisable or should I go for something else?
