(22M 5'7 76kg)
I lost weight from 84kg to 75kg and then I stopped eating healthy more often. I've been dealing with alot of stress lately and I wanna start losing weight/fat again till i reach somewhere around 68-70kg.
The problem I'm dealing with right now is I do get through with my meals all day but stress is making me kind of really crave food and I end up eating Chinese food(all chicken dishes).
And then I just thunk to not do it again tomorrow and I cannot help to stop that habit (it's been a week doing that). Also I don't have motivation to start exercising again. Overthinking is making me procrastinate on almost everything I plan to do.
For context: I used to train for 5-6 days a week. But now that's reduced to 3 days in which I practice bowling (cricket) for around 2-3 hours.
Reason of losing weight again is that cricket season is going to start in November. And for now my goal is from 76kg(current) to 68-70kg(Goal).
