M21, 200 lbs, 5,6
Hello, I've been trying to lose weight for a while now. Managed to go from around 250 lbs to 170 in 2021-2022.
I've been trying to maintain the weight but it's very difficult. I'm up to 200 lbs now, gained most of it march - july this year. I haven't been tracking calories but try to not eat too big portions and I've quit drinking alcohol, but clearly this is not enough.
It's different from before though, because when I was 250 lbs I was fat all over, now I'm much skinnier, but have a very big and hard stomach and a very puffy swollen face.
