so… anyone who has lost 100-150 lbs… how on earth did you stick with it?
i lost about 50lbs a year ago and saw nearly no difference, now i’m back up 30lbs and i know i need to get back in gear but it’s hard to keep motivating myself when i know it’ll take years to lose it all.
how did you stay motivated even when it seemed like nothing was changing? i know the whole “time will pass regardless” but still. losing weight is miserable..:(
guess i’m just looking for some success stories from (previously) bigger people!!
