i was on a really strict small sugar + under 1000 calorie deficit for the whole month of August, i didn't consumed alot of sugar and even went weeks without it, the sugar diet qas unintentional, i did it for my skin, to get rid of acne. But at the start of October, i had my first ever intake of sugar after so long and ever since then ive practically had it everyday, i wasnt on calorie deficit anymore because of my cravings and have noticed ive put on some weight, ive been trying to quit sugar for 2 weeks now, but it just seems that the thought of quitting sugar makes me crave it more, thus, i eat more of it.
Its become really frustrating, and i badly need help since I've noticed some small acne grow on my chin
