Hey all, a lot of the weight that I have lost has come off my shoulders - still a ginormous backside but now have collarbones! Great that it's coming off somewhere but I am waking numerous times in the night to roll over because my shoulders hurt now.
I have bought a new firmer pillow but as yet I can't get through more than a couple of hours before being woken up with discomfort and then for the rest of the day my shoulders are so sore. Has anyone experienced this before and got any tips for a side sleeper?
