Biggest calorie drop you can do healthily?

For the last 3 days I've been eating 1100 calories less than normal (used to eat 2400 a day which is roughly my maintenance, now at 1300) and I'm not miserable but a few hours after eating I am hungry in a slightly uncomfortable way. Like enough that I know I'm a little bit hungry and would like a snack but not enough that I'm actually going to get a snack.

My tracking app says that it can't estimate the amount of weight loss this would result in as it's not recommended so this got me worried - is this unhealthy? What are the risks if so?
