So, I've had many people tell me carbs are basically everything. I know it's about calories in vs out, but I was wondering the actual truth here, will I really lose no weight if I eat too many carbs?
I'm eating ~2100 calories a day, I have stopped eating any sugar at all, I eat as little bread as possible (only bread I had in two weeks were two hotdog buns) I keep my fruit eating to a minimum and I drink only water. However, because of lowish income, I have been relying on a lot of carb heavy foods (rice, pasta, potatoes)
So I'm just wondering how to do this, I have a good feeling about this diet attempt, I still feel hungry but I can easily ignore it now.
Ps: allergic to eggs, dairy, and barley. Mentioning just in case
