So I planned out a careful diet ( high protien, slight calorie deficit) I have been sticking to and I have been weightlifting for 5x a week for close to 3 weeks now. I also started walking everyday and I think I am going to work up to a 'couch to 5k'. I know it is still very early, I do feel muscle growth and my strength is steadily improving so I don't doubt that I am growing muscle. I have stayed the same weight... I was expecting it, but it's still a bit discouraging. So other people who have done a body recomp to start off their weightloss, how long did it take to actually see results and see numbers going down on the scale?
