Hello everyone! I’m here to read success stories and for advice. I’ve always struggled with my weight, always going up and down through my whole life (which unfortunately led to excess skin). I was at a healthy weight for many years but the past few months had led me to gain a considerable ammount of weight. I went from 160 pounds to 220 pounds. I started working 4 12 hour shifts overnight and it completely messed me up. I don’t have time or energy to go to the gym or meal prep so I ended up going to fast foods and sleeping all day due to exhaustion. I work at a warehouse so it’s hard work.
I started buying fresh fruits and salads and taking them to work and I’m trying to start eating healthy again, but I still struggle with time. Does anyone know of healthy fast food style restaurants? Usually I go for tropical smoothie, I get a smoothie and a sandwich and usually it’s a better option than Burger King. As for the gym… I’ll probably have to go on my days off, even tho I’m always physically exhausted.
I hope I’m able to lose the weight off and feel more confident, comfortable and healthy! Any advice would help! Thanks
