I just started splurging on zero-calorie drinks and sugar-free sweetener since I found out that I can effectively minimize my calorie intake that way. I use 1 stick of Equal sweetener and drink around 1 or 2 cans (325ml each) of zero-sugar sparkling flavored drink everyday. I’ll binge really bad without them.
Was just wondering since i’ve read something bad about the cardiovascular effects of sucralose.
Well, is it bad to drink those everyday? Has anybody else here that did this for years without any health consequences?
