Help with workout routine for school life and studying + Saturday job.

Hi guys. I have posted many times here as I now feel quite comfortable with this subreddit. I want to focus on self improvement this year. I started my weight loss around last year July and it has been a rollercoaster. I am 16, 5ft7 and was 180lbs. My lowest was 162lbs, but now I am back to 165lbs.

I should ideally be around 150lbs as I still have quite a lot of body fat and a double chin, which I am quite self conscious about + man boobs and belly fat an an overall chubby face. Ik u can't spot reduce fat, so I am trying to lose it overall.

I originally had my calories at 1300 a Day, which I could do but now I see no loss I weight, so I have actually bumped it up to 1500 on weekdays and 1700 on weekends. I have stopped doing weights everyday as I have been constantly revising for exams.

I have found activities that I enjoy, like climbing on Sundays, if I'm not working then and I do badminton every Tuesday.

Main bit: I want to be able to incorporate working out, weights + cardio into my daily life, but I feel as though I have no time.

I also don't know what split to do. I have acess to a home gym with a bench, barbell, treadmill and dumbbells.

If anyone could give me a workout routine that would be effective in losing weight along side me staring to eat healthier, I would gladly appreciate it.

I finish school at 3 and get home at 4. But finish at 1 on Fridays and get home at 2/ 2 30.

Saturday I have a job from 9 to 5.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 👍👍👍😎
