I dropped from 89 kg (196 lbs) in September 2022 to 79 kg (175 lbs) in January by being in a deficit of roughly 500 calories per day. I am very happy for the progress, as I have had trouble losing weight for the past couple of years, but it's getting to the point where I'm getting frustrated with the speed Im losing weight at, since I have around 15 or more kgs to go in order to reach my goal weight. It seems like its taking forever.
How do you guys stay motivated? I could use some tips.
