Name one difference between healthy households and obese households

Ive noticed that when I see obese kids, its always more likely than not that their parents are also obese and passed down the habits which make the kids obese.

I assume that the opposite must also be true.

Given that we are all just a product of our environment and our habits, what are some of the core differences?

Here are a couple i thought of:

  • availability of processed snacks: the best place to keep them is at the store.

  • visible weighing scales: weighing in often is correlated with keeping weight in check.
