Any Recommendations Help

Hey everyone I was wondering if you have any recommendations on snack foods, specifically snack foods I can binge-ish.

I really enjoy savory snack food and have noticed this is where I struggle when losing weight. Breakfast lunch and dinner I'm fine with but I always binge unhealthy snacks. I enjoy watching shows with my fiance and it's hard for me to watch something without eating, sounds a bit sad but true.

I'm pretty young, 25, and am really unhappy with my weight, 6'2 and weigh about 285-290. I really want to get down to my goal weight which is around 220 but this is honestly starting to seem impossible.

If anyone has any recommendations it could really help. Thank you all in advance.
