hi i was so dizzy and exhausted after a 30 min walk and 1 hour 30 minute swim i was dizzy and had trouble with thought process i walked into ongoing traffic.
what is a good idea to eat after workout? i could eat at the pool straight afterwards but tbh i need a giant meal should i eat some fruit afterwards then go home have a dinner?
i had 2 eggs on toast with a slice of cheese before my workout.
what is the best way around this lack of mental alertness i am struggling to cope with it?
i am 190kg and have type 2 diabetes and take tranjamet in the morning directly after food.
