My diet was going great for months but suddenly I’m sooo hungry!

21 f here, current weight 240lbs. I started at 300, gained during Covid shutdown. I’ve been eating cico for a little over a year, with a few fall offs every now and again. As of the last few months I was doing a very good job eating 1500 cals a day. I have also been exercising 4 or more days a week for 30 minutes. Lately Its mostly been Chloe Ting warmup+low impact leg, arm and ab workouts. I wasn’t having a lot of cravings and I could easily get through the day without going over my cals. That is until recently, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’m getting so hungry throughout the day, and I have been eating around 1700-2000 calories a day. I haven’t wanted to exercise either as it’s been feeling more difficult and I more sluggish. I’ve been eating protein and fats. Here is an example “what I eat in a day” for nutritional insight- Tuna with minced onion and olive oil mayo with raw cucumber, Hummus and pretzel thins, Frosted Flakes and oat milk, Baked salmon (over a serving, probably 350 cals worth), roasted potatoes and spinach, 2 Brownies (200 cal each). I eat red meat now and again but usually only fish and chicken. Admittedly I also have an unhealthy sweet DAILY, wether it be a little bit of ice cream, a brownie, or some Samoa cookies. Is there something wrong with my diet? Anyone else experience this?
