Gang, I got to a comfortable weight through IF, managing my ADHD, and indoor cycling 4-5x a week. I feel GREAT! I'm happy with how I look for the first time in years!
And I broke my ankle this week. I'm going to be in a boot for 6+ weeks, I JUST moved to a new state this week, I got laid off from my job last week, my kids will be home all summer because we couldn't get them into a summer program.
I am a stress snacker. I can't exercise. I can't even go for a walk.
I'm so scared I'm going to undo everything I've worked so hard for. I'm not going to risk my healing, but what can I do to avoid packing pounds back on?
