edit: didn't realize my stats weren't visible in my user flair, I'm currently 230lbs, my goal is around 205lbs, and at the start of the month I was between 241lbs and 238lbs
I've been workout out and dieting consistently since around January, and in the beginning weight loss was consistent and safe, around April I maintained my weight doing the same program so I recalculated in MFP which said I should be eating around 1700 cals a day (down from around 2000 a day) and during may I lost around 10ish lbs, 4 from this week.
am I losing weight too fast? I get enough protein and usually do a free weight workout, a calisthenics workout, and a cardio workout each day(logging it in MFP I usually had an extra 900 calories I didn't use but ate the recommended 1700). was I just carrying alot of water weight and from here on it'll be back to 2lbs a week or should I cut one of my workouts?
