Hello, I’m 6’2 , 286 pound male. I started trying towards losing weight about a month ago when I was at 298. I have a question as to why is my weight fluctuating so much , I’m on my 6th week. I was just 284 5 days ago and I’m really only weighing myself in the mornings. I feel like this is really slow. Am I doing something wrong ? Is this a good pace? Some advice would be cool, feel like I’m doing something wrong
