I decided to take the 15 min walk to my bus stop tonight instead of catching the train and I couldn't do it. I failed because I'm at this point of my life where I can barely walk anywhere because it feels like I've forgotten how to breathe. I used to be a dancer before COVID and now my ankles wobble when I walk too much.
Sorry I know that the self-deprecating talk doesn't help at all but I just feel I'm at this absolute low and I don't have the slightest idea of how to get out of it.
