I think I need a few days break from working out. I know I'll be okay but need someone to confirm it
Hey, so this is kinda stupid but yesterday I hurt my left eye really bad now technically I'm half blind for about a week and it hurts a lot. Of course, sweating would irritate my eye even more and at times I can't open my right eye from the pain either.
So I think I need a few days break from working out because at times I can't even see what I'm doing and even the slightest eye movement hurts like a b* but I've VERY rarely taken breaks that are longer that two days a week (my usual resting days)
I know I'll be okay and won't gain any weight in a matter of days but I need someone else to confirm it OR correct me if I'm wrong. Also any advice is welcome
