Hello Reddit, I'm going on a 12 day cruise next month and on the week right after I have a photoshoot. I know, very bad timing. Is there a foolproof way on losing weight while being surrounded by delicious food? Cruise meal plan ideas would help as well. It's hard for me to avoid overeating when I see my family and friends eat good food in front of me. It feels like I'm missing out. I have a very slow metabolism and the main way I maintain my weight is by reducing my caloric intake, so eating on a cruise is a really bad situation for me since basically everything is high in calories. Also, all of the chosen excursions are unfortunately low activity, so I'll have to do a lot of the working out on my own time.
