Snacking more before period

I’m having more food because of my period this week and last week was my cheat weekend cos of my birthday so now I feel so shitty and gained 0.5-0.8 kgs. Plus this week alone I had 3 cheat meals at least. I had an entire packet of ritz toasted chips in probably 3 or 4 days. I had a big cinnamon croissant, ramen noodles, a chocolate bun, an sugary drinks (2) this feels like a lot for the week. Plus I’m having more rice for my meals šŸ™„
