for example yesterday I had pastalaya for breakfast which I estimated to be 400 calories for 4 oz of cooked pasta and 50 calories for an oz of cooked chicken this was around 7:00 am
then around 12:00 pm I had a lemonade which at an estimated 13 oz the machine said it’d be 170 calories
then at around 12:30 pm I had 3 slices of cheese for 110 calories
then for dinner around 8:00 pm perhaps (I forgot) I had pastalaya (450) and 38g of caramel popcorn and nuts for 174
and 4.5 oz of cooked penne pasta (225 calories) with 15g of parmesan cheese (60 calories) for a total of 285
so all together I had 1639 -3 bonus calories = 1636 calories of my 1725
I am only under by 303 for the week right now, why am I so hungry
I’m about to eat penne pasta at 1 in the morning cause it hurts too much to wait until late morning or early afternoon to eat breakfast
