How can I lose weight when I'm still a minor and busy with school?

Hi! I'm (17F) in my second to last year of high school. I'm currently at 100kg, give or take, and 5'0 tall. I've been overweight and obese my whole life, and I'm so ashamed of it. My father's side of the family has a tendency to be overweight, but some of them are skinny. I just don't know what to do! I'm so busy with school, I can't even catch up. My grades are high, but I'm so unsatisfied with myself, my body, and how I can't even do much physical activity. I'm still doing online classes right now, so you can imagine that I've been sitting in front of my computer for hours on end, and then sitting more because I have a lot of homework to finish. I live in an Asian country, so rice is a staple, we eat that every day. I don't have the money and the resources to choose what I eat (considering that my mother chooses all the food to save money), nor do I have the time to exercise. I sleep at 3am most days, and wake up at 9am. Does anyone have any realistic advice? Thank you!
