Gonna try to start losing weight

What's up lose it sub reddit, 5'5 220 lb girl here. i want to try to lose 20 pounds before summer break starts and i want to be motivated by reading other peoples progress logs and such. Been trying to lose weight for like 5 years now but I always kept yoyoing back to my original weight even after losing some. Some things that have come to my attention that I seriously need to improve to lose weight is to get a full nights sleep and drink a crap ton of water (It's currently 3am and I only had one glass of water yesterday). But yeah theres definetly room for improvement. I want to achieve 190 pounds by being more restrictive with calories and forcing myself to go on runs walks or biking as often as possible. I'm really disappointed in myself because before covid I had lost quite a bit of weight and I put it all back on during quarantine. I have exams soon too, so I dont want to obsess over my weight at such an important time but I really want to have a summer where I can be happy in my body. Any tips on like anything?
